ANS Precision Engineering, founded in 1999, has steadily grown to service local industries in the design, manufacture and repair of precision machined components.

With the introduction of CNC machines we can cater for one-offs, prototypes and small to medium batches.

Working from drawings, sketches or samples we can, with our CAD-CAM software, generate machine code from the drawings which is sent wirelessly to the machine. Thus reducing set-up times making smaller batches more economical.

We work in a wide range of materials including stainless steel, steel, aluminium, bronze and engineering plastics.

Honing

4 mm to 65 mm.
